Use Shared Albums

Use the Photos app to create a Shared Album that shows only the photos that you choose. Invite up to 100 of your favorite people to join in, make comments, and even add their own shots. Then you can manage your Shared Album and permanently save any photos that your friends add.

Create a new Shared Album

  1. Go to the Albums tab and tap .
  2. Tap New Shared Album.
  3. Give the Shared Album a name, then tap Next.
  4. Choose people to invite from your contacts, or type an email address or iMessage phone number.
  5. Tap Create.

Invite more people

You can even share albums with friends and family who don’t use iCloud. Just open a Shared Album that you created, go to the People tab on your iOS device or click  on your Mac, and turn on Public Website. Your photos publish to a website that anyone can see in an up-to-date web browser. 

     

Add photos and videos

You can quickly add photos and videos to a Shared Album with these steps:

  1. In the Photos tab or from within an album, tap Select and then select the photos and videos that you want to share.
  2. Go to  > Shared Albums.
  3. Choose the album where you want to share your photos.

If you have a Shared Album open, you can also tap  to select photos and videos to add.

When you add new photos, the people that you share the album with are notified automatically. Make sure that Subscribers Can Post is turned on so that they can add photos and videos too. Just go to the Shared Album’s People tab on your iOS device or click  on your Mac.

Comment and Like

Friends and family who are signed in to iCloud can leave comments and like photos from your Shared Album. You’ll automatically get a notification when they do, and they’ll be notified if anyone comments back. Learn more about comments in Shared Albums.

Save photos and videos

People you share with can save photos and videos to their own library. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, tap the photo or video >  > Save Image or Save Video. On your Mac, select the photo or video, then control-click > Import.

Export a calendar on your Mac

  1. In Calendar, click the calendar’s name. If you don’t see your calendars, click Calendars.
  2. Choose File > Export > Export.
  3. Choose a location for the file, and then click Export.

Download a calendar from iCloud.com

  1. Sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID and open Calendar.
  2. Publicly share the calendar.
  3. Copy the URL of the shared calendar and paste it into the address field in your browser. Don’t click Enter or Return.
  4. Change «webcal» to «http» and click Enter or Return. An ICS file downloads to your default download location.
  5. Add the calendar to a calendar client, such as Calendar on Mac or Outlook on a Windows computer.
  6. Stop sharing the calendar.

В севастопольских магазинах техники такие «айфоны» — не редкость, при этом наткнуться на фальшивку можно даже в приличном магазине. О том, какие отличия у подделки от оригинального смартфона, сообщило одно из городских изданий.

Нередко в севастопольских магазинах техники, даже самых «приличных», могут попасться подделки. Как выявить, что вам продают
поддельный iPhone? Издание «Примечания» ответило на этот вопрос 15 октября.

Для начала нужно знать, какие виды подделок встречаются. Есть понятие «рефербишмент» (восстановление, обновление) — практика, когда технику по каким-либо причинам возвращают на завод Apple, производитель устраняет дефекты, затем смартфон упаковывают в белую коробку, на которой напечатано «refurbished by Apple» (восстановлено Apple — ред.). Телефону дают новый серийный номер, новый IMEI, и при включении он не должен быть активированным. Техника вновь выставляется на продажу, с гарантией на год от Apple.

Но есть и другая схема обновления, она проста: например, китайцы в огромном количестве закупают, например, на Ebay (крупный интернет-рынок — ред.) подержанные айфоны, добавляя в готовую оболочку от Apple дешёвые детали местного производства: это может быть экран, динамик, микрофон, шлейфы, антенна, болты, иногда и корпус. Все, кроме материнской платы, для того, чтобы операционная система была оригинальной. Затем «новый» гаджет пакуется в коробку и отправляется в магазины. Такие «производители» есть уже и в России.

Работает такой гаджет около двух месяцев, затем, как сообщает издание, ломается и ремонту практически не подлежит.

Нужно быть бдительнее при
покупке айфонов 4s (16, 32, 64 гб), 5, 5s, которых уже не может быть в продаже новых (исключение — 5s 16 гб, которые изредка ещё попадаются). Сейчас в продаже есть шестёрки-рефы. Официальный реф от Apple можно купить, но только 5s 16гб, который встречается весьма и весьма редко. 

Работники ремонтного сервиса, которые предоставили информацию изданию, рассказали, что с поломавшимися подделками приходят «практически каждый день». Был случай, когда у обратившегося был дважды «обновлённый» телефон: сначала оригинальным брендом, затем китайскими умельцами. После покупки парень заметил, что видео проигрывается как-то не так, а в сервисе уже узнал неприятную правду о телефоне, купленном в небольшом магазине.

Как же понять, что перед вами — подделка? Осмотрите детали упаковки. Оригинальная коробка от Apple должна быть идеальной, крышка точно прилегает к коробке, зазоров быть не может, надписи, шрифт, цветовая гамма не вызывают подозрений. На китайских коробках могут быть ошибки или опечатки. Форма, в которой лежит телефон, должна быть выполнена из качественного пластика. В фальшивой коробке — пластик тонкий и гнётся.

Затем проверьте сам смартфон. У айфонов все кнопки по цвету и оттенку такие же, как и корпус. Также у белых и цветных айфонов при запуске на белом фоне чёрное яблоко, у чёрных — на чёрном фоне белое яблоко. У китайской «версии» может быть всё, что угодно. Также отличить можно по стеклу — у оригинала можно заметить фиолетово-голубоватый перелив, у подделки стекло обычное. У оригинала оно не должно выпирать или, наоборот, быть утопленным, также и на вспышке. Кроме того, знакомые с такой техникой могут выявить другой оттенок свечения экрана.

И самое главное — IMEI-код, указанный на задней панели самого телефона, на коробке, а также в настройках меню. Это то, что сможет помочь выявить подделку с вероятностью в 100 процентов. В сервисных центрах специалисты смогут проверить ваш код по базе Apple, где будут доступны все данные об аппарате. Также информацию можно проверить самостоятельно на сайте apple.ru и других ресурсах.
К тому же китайцы нередко прилагают к американской квадратной зарядке привычную нам всем вилку, американская — отличается.

Конечно же, цена подделок — чаще всего ниже официальной. Приобретайте гаджеты только в проверенных магазинах и центрах, будьте осторожны. Если всё же вам попалась подделка — обратиться с чеком, аппаратом и заявлением в правоохранительные органы.

Напомним, ранее издание проверило,
понизился ли спрос на премиум-товары в Севастополе. Cообщалось также, что создан аккумулятор для длительной работы iPhone без подзаряда. Отметим, в Севастополе с января 2015 года не работает «App Store».

Contacts

Use the steps below to export contacts from your Mac, iCloud.com, or PC.

Export contacts on your Mac

  1. Open Contacts. 
  2. Select All Contacts.
  3. Click a contact in the Contacts list.
  4. Choose File > Export > Export vCard or choose Edit > Select All to select all cards for export.
  5. Choose where you want to save the files, then click Save.

If you use Groups, consider archiving your entire Contacts or Address Book database as well as exporting vCards. The vCard method above copies your contacts, but not Groups. Archives are more complex, but you might not be able to restore data using Archives while connected to the Internet and signed in to iCloud.

To export an archive, open Contacts and choose File > Export > Contacts Archive. 

Photos and videos

You might already have a copy of your photos in iCloud Photos.

If you enabled iCloud Photos, your photos and videos are automatically uploaded to iCloud at full resolution. You can make copies of your photos and videos when you follow these steps:

  • On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 10.3 or later, or iPadOS, tap Settings > > iCloud > Photos. Then select Download and Keep Originals and import the photos to your computer. 
  • On your Mac with OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 or later, open the Photos app. Choose File > Export.
  • On your PC, set up iCloud for Windows and turn on iCloud Photos.

If you want to download a few photos or videos, use iCloud.com to download the most recent version of photos and videos. Just go to iCloud.com and open the Photos app. Then select the photos and videos you want to download and click Download .

You can also use the steps below to manually copy photos and videos. Comments or likes connected to a shared photo aren’t saved, and photos and videos saved from shared albums aren’t full resolution.

Copy photos from Shared Albums on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8 or later, or iPadOS:

  1. Open Photos and tap Albums.
  2. Find Shared Albums, then tap the name of the album that you want. You might need to swipe left to find the shared album.
  3. Save photos from the album using one of these methods:
    • Tap an image to open it, then tap Share . To select more images, scroll the images left or right and tap the ones you want to save. Tap Save Image.
    • Tap Select, then tap the images you want to save. Tap Share , then tap Save Image.
  4. Import the photos to your computer.

Copy photos and videos from Shared Albums on your Mac

Follow these steps to manually import photos and videos in shared albums to your Photos library: 

  1. Open Photos and select Shared Albums.
  2. Double-click a shared album.
  3. Control click (or right-click) a photo and choose Import.

After you import your photos, you might want to back up your library. You can store them as a separate library on your computer or on a different drive.
